Our room was reasonably large and recently refurbished and the breakfast was satisfactory. The location was magnificent and amazing, 9 miles to Honolulu airport, perfectly reachable.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this exceptionally comfortable and luxury hotel based in a chic building. The beds were big, rooms were huge, newly decorated. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, you can visit an outdoor shopping center by walking.

Our stay at Hyatt Centric was absolutely fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a suite, which was a lovely gesture. The location of the hotel is also superb, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views of the beach and Diamond Head. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of options. The rooms were very comfortable and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel even provided beach accessories, refillable water bottles, and sunscreen, making our beach days even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

We were surprised by the extra taxes and resort fees added to our room price, which made the overall cost higher than initially advertised. Additionally, the pool was smaller than expected, resembling more of a puddle with limited shade options.

The entire hotel was fairly clean and the room was good-sized and recently refurbished. We had Wheelchair Accessible room with great views, bathtub, ceiling windows, which was important. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, right on the main avenue, convenient to go everywhere. There was Mcdonald's nearby to grab something to eat.

Truly enjoyed our rooms with lovely bathroom. The hotel was placed in the central location right in the heart of Waikiki.

The room was nice styled with a very comfy bed and a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet in the bathroom. The location was particularly good: shopping centers and a market where within walking distance.

The service was good, that made the hotel luxury place. Its location was central, within short walking distance to an outdoor shopping center.

The location of the hotel was ideal for our group of friends. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Waikiki and conveniently close to all the shops and restaurants along the strip. We appreciated the easy access to everyday essentials like Starbucks and a market for quick meals. The staff was friendly and the hotel was super clean. We also loved the fact that they provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and even sunblock at no extra cost.
